You're somewhat unlikely to find this software because it was a discontinued project by Google.
◾ It's name is Picasa.
◾ Picasa has got some refreshing animations when opening a photo unlike the boring windows default photo viewer. You should see it yourself!
◾ It's got a really nice interface, and you can manage your photos easily.
Sorry I was a big Flash/Arrow fan. I WAS.
◾ You can create photo colleges and movie presentations effortlessly!
(It looks way better when there are less photos.)
This is one of the must-have Programs on your computer.
